Actually It does exist and Further more Under Federation and Starfleet classified regulations I have to be docked at only topsecret affiliated starbases with all of the personal under the silence act of 2314 and as soon as I find out what happened to the guardian (I still need that location) I will return to starbase 783 which yes is a classified starbase in section 517. If you confront me on the nonexistence of this location I will deny its existence because of the silence act of 2314. Live Long and Prosper.
